Every enquiry form is a promise about data

Common questions

Can we call leads we bought from a portal?

Only if the person agreed to be contacted for that purpose. Ask your lead sources how consent was taken and keep that record.

How long can we keep old enquiries?

Only while the purpose lasts. A lead who never bought should not stay in your calling list for years.

Do channel partners count?

Brokers who handle your buyers' data act on your behalf, so you need contracts and should check how they protect it.
