Data Processor
A vendor that processes personal data on a business's behalf.
Cloud hosts, payroll providers, CRM tools and marketing agencies are often Data Processors. They act on the instructions of the Data Fiduciary.
The Fiduciary may use a processor only under a valid contract and stays responsible for what the processor does.
