Notice
The plain-language explanation a business gives before asking for consent.
The notice tells a person what personal data you collect, why, how they can withdraw consent and use their rights, and how to complain to the Board.
It must be clear, standalone and available in English or any language in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution.
